Question 1: What got you into making music?
That's easy... Jersey-Club music got me into making music. From being a teenager going to and throwing the parties back in 05-09 its always been around me. The influence it's had on my life has been tremendous! Honestly, if it weren't for it, I wouldn't be where I am now.
Question 2: What people intrigue you or inspire you to pursue music?
I wouldn't say I was intrigued or inspire by one particular person. I would say the art of dancing and having fun inspired me to pursue music. I create music that personally I dance to while I'm making it. Lol... Also, I want others to listen and dance to it, so that's all the inspiration I need to inspire my personal production.
Question 3: How would you define your style of music?
I would define my music as being Bouncy, Choppy, Off The Wall, and Danceable. That's pretty much what I tend to go for. I want to create tunes that people can dance to & feel as they listen & dance along.
Question 4: What influences your style of work?
My influence range from a lot of things! I listen to a lot of Hip-Hop, R&B, EDM, Dancehall, K-pop and more. So I really can't say lol... I tend to just #keepitr3ll when I'm working on my tunes. I guess my style would just be from what I personally like.
Question 5: What is your favorite track that you have produced so far?
My favorite track I've produced so far tends to be my latest original track and or remix that's out at the time. So to be specific, that would have to be my Kehlani - "Crzy" Jersey Club Remix I just released a few weeks ago. I think all my tracks have been a fav of mine at one point.
Question 6: How far do you plan to take your music, any goals in mind? Who would you like to work with in the future?
The plans for my music is limitless. I'm not only making a style of music; I represent where it's from (Shouts Newark, NJ) But I'm a pioneer of it here on the west coast. So I tend to bring it everywhere... I want people being able to grow up with it like I did. That also goes for all over the world. Where ever I can get the chance to share my music I will bring it to them 100%. I would like to work with Usher, Chris Brown, Jhene Aiko, Beyonce, The Weeknd & many more artist of this caliber. This is just to name a few... I feel the next step for Jersey-Club is to expand to working with more well-known artist. This way the culture for Jersey-club will continue to grow & share to new areas around the world & create new listeners & fans.
